These steps are designed to help you stay organized, minimize stress, and position your home to sell for the best possible price.

Step 1: Clarify your goals

Before listing your home, it’s important to understand what you hope to achieve. Are you aiming to maximize your profit to purchase a larger home? Or is a quick sale more important due to relocation or timing? Defining your priorities will shape your pricing and strategy. The next step is to sit down together and map out a strategy for your sale. We’ll talk through your goals, evaluate your home’s condition, and go over what’s happening in the local market. I’ll provide insight into how we can best position your home to attract serious buyers—and walk you through what to expect from start to finish.

Step 3: Prepare your home for market

First impressions matter. I’ll help you identify simple improvements that can make a big impact—whether it’s decluttering, deep cleaning, minor repairs, or full staging. We’ll also schedule professional photography to showcase your home in its best light, both online and in person. The goal is to make sure your home stands out the moment it hits the market.

Step 4: List your home

Once your home is market-ready, I’ll launch a custom listing campaign designed to generate maximum exposure. Your property will be featured on the MLS, top real estate websites, and shared through targeted email, social media, and my nationwide network of agents and buyers. This is where visibility meets strategy.

Step 5: Showings & open houses

During this phase, we’ll coordinate private showings and possibly host open houses to give qualified buyers a chance to tour the home in person. I’ll handle the scheduling, feedback collection, and communication so you stay informed without the stress.

Step 6: receive and negotiate offers

As offers come in, I’ll walk you through each one—highlighting the strengths, contingencies, and financial terms. My job is to help you evaluate your options, negotiate on your behalf, and secure the strongest possible outcome based on your goals.

Step 7: Under Contract & Inspections

Once an offer is accepted, we move into the contract phase. The buyer will conduct their home inspection and appraisal, and I’ll guide you through any negotiations or repair requests that arise. I’ll also coordinate closely with attorneys, lenders, and the buyer’s agent to keep everything on track.

Step 8: Seal the deal

On closing day, you’ll sign the official documents to complete the sale and transfer ownership to the buyer. I’ll ensure all final steps—from coordinating with attorneys to confirming the buyer’s funding—are handled smoothly so you can wrap up with confidence and move forward with peace of mind.
